I am so sorry he died. We will never understand why. I cannot understand why a hospital would kick out a sick baby? What is up with that? That would NEVER happen in the U.S. May God bless you as you cope with this horrible situation and may God give you the strength to get through this. Praying for you!

There is a man from our church very involved with Water Missions International. When you got your filter after the bad flood we told him that we ‘knew’ someone that received one of their filters. God is good!

I am glad you decided to share this … I think you were right to do so. Gilderson “graduated early” (I know this one large guy that says this) and I think he is with Jesus.

It does not make sense and I no longer even try to figure it out (like you) – but Gilderson is done with pain and done with hunger and done with the hard things of this world – for that I will be thankful.

When I saw him that Tuesday I could see he felt loved and because of your sacrificial service and presence overseeing the rescue center he died knowing MUCH love. Thank you for being that for him and many others.

Licia, I am in such shock, and so, so sad. Thank you for loving him, for caring him, for nourishing his little body. What a blessing Gilderson was, in the short time that he had here on earth. He touched so many hearts and lives. Praying for all of you at RHFH..

Press on dear one…we are holding you up in prayer. God is blessing the work of your hands. He sees your tears and feels the grief of your aching heart. We cry with you.
We will continue to pray for Dieuvlet, Peterly, and Jonny and the others there under your loving care. We will thank God too for Gilderson’s life and God’s eternal, perfect, sovereign plan for each of us.
