Here are pictures from another walk we took. If you stand in our yard and look across the river and look up there is a mountain with a lone tree on it. That is where we decided to walk. Notice we are all walking together
notice I am falling behind
Notice I am last and not thinking I am going to make it up to the top
Finally we took a small break and drank some water!
This lady had about another hour to walk befoe she made it to her house
When we got near the top of the mountain we called Enoch and Trey began waving his shirt in the air. Enoch said we were so far away, but he could see us.
sunsets are beautiful
Psalm 36:5-7 (The Message)
5-6 God’s love is meteoric,
his loyalty astronomic,
His purpose titanic,
his verdicts oceanic.
Yet in his largeness
nothing gets lost;
Not a man, not a mouse,
slips through the cracks.
7-9 How exquisite your love, O God!
How eager we are to run under your wings,
To eat our fill at the banquet you spread
as you fill our tankards with Eden spring water.
You’re a fountain of cascading light,
and you open our eyes to light.
