Prayer needed

Lori is in town with the group of close to 100 people.  She has been standing with all of them in the hot sun since before 8am and it is almost noon now.  There  is lots of pushing and shoving and desperate people trying to get inside.  As it is here in Haiti, many of the “big chef’s”  (missionaries included) think they have to go first and push there way around. Then the “poor” people do not get service.   This makes the group outside very uptight and angry.  Lori is standing in line with her group and following the rules.  She is very frustrated right now.  The kids are having the hardest time.  Standing in the heat for all those hours with no water.  Lori called and said she is so frustrated she is thinking of giving up and coming back home.  She has the group in the shade and has bought lots of bottles of water for everyone.   I would like you to join me in prayer for Lori, who is trying so hard to get so many help.  Pray for all the patients that are discouraged, hot and tired.  Pray that God will send someone to the rescue to help them to be able to be seen.  Pray for peace and safety. Pray for the military staff inside that God will give them wisdom and strenght to deal with so many in need. Lets even pray for the pushy people that are making things worse. Pray for a calmness to fall over the crowd.  In the name of Jesus.

I know how the crowds can be in Haiti when they are waiting on healthcare! When we do clinics in Haiti they can get really unrulely at times. Praying that things will go smoothly and Lori will have the patience to deal with the people. Hope all goes well.

I hope the day got better for Lori and that everyone was able to be seen.
