I am refreshed…

 1. to provide new vigor and energy by rest,

 2.  to make fresh again; reinvigorate or cheer (a person, the mind, spirits, etc.).

   3.  to become fresh or vigorous again; revive

We had a great week at the Livesay house.  We relaxed, talked, went swimming, talked, watched movies, read books and had a great time.  The thing I missed the most was my waterbed (I love my bed!) 🙂  We are so very thankful for great friends that see something they can do, a need, and instead of just talking about it,  or telling others someone should do something, THEY JUST DO IT!  They knew that I needed a break and figured out a way to help me.  THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Here are some pictures of the week swimming.

Proverbs 25:12-14 (The Message) 11-12 The right word at the right time
is like a custom-made piece of jewelry,
And a wise friend’s timely reprimand
is like a gold ring slipped on your finger.

13 Reliable friends who do what they say
are like cool drinks in sweltering heat—refreshing!

14 Like billowing clouds that bring no rain
is the person who talks big but never produces.
