This is Fedna with her first pair of shoes on both feet!

When Fedna was a little baby her house caught on fire.  They did not know that she was in the house and found her afterwards.  The fire had burnt her hand off and burned her leg badly.  When she healed and began growing she had several places the did not heal right.  She could not straighten her leg out and her toes were being pulled up by a bad scar on the top of her foot.  She was able to have surgery on the comfort ship several months ago.  She has been staying at the RC during her healing process.  She can walk now and can put a shoe on both feet!

Thank you to all that donated funds for those that were able to have surgery on the Comfort ship.

Psalm 116:12 (The Message)

12-19 What can I give back to God
for the blessings he’s poured out on me?
I’ll lift high the cup of salvation—a toast to God!
      I’ll pray in the name of God;
I’ll complete what I promised God I’d do,
and I’ll do it together with his people.
When they arrive at the gates of death,
God welcomes those who love him.
Oh, God, here I am, your servant,
your faithful servant: set me free for your service!
I’m ready to offer the thanksgiving sacrifice
and pray in the name of God.
I’ll complete what I promised God I’d do,
and I’ll do it in company with his people,
In the place of worship, in God‘s house,
      in Jerusalem, God’s city.
   Hallelujah!
